Could be way better

I PURCHASED LAPTOP 1 MONTH BACK AND NOW I AM FACING BATTERY/SOME HARDWARE ISSUE. LAPTOP BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING. I LOCKED CASE WITH ACER SUPPORT BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE, GENERIC STATEMENTS, I AM WAITING SINCE 8 DAYS AND STILL NO ONE ATTENDED THE TROUBLE SHOOTING CALL, NO LINK FOR CASE TRACKING, I AM COMPLETELY UNAWARE ABOUT MY CASE STATUS. THE LINK THEY HAVE PROVIDED IS NOT WORKING. PRODUCT IS GOOD BUT SUPPORT IS REALLY POOR AND I MUST SAY PLEASE CHECK MY REVIEW BEFORE BUYING ACER PRODUCTS.

Must buy!

This laptop came within 3 days so that's good(maybe because it was Flipkart +? )
This review is done after 30 days after receiving this laptop.
Let me reveal the pros and cons of this thing;

PROS :
1.4 gigs of ddr6 geforce gtx 1650 graphics which is legit awsome.
2.battery life is better than my old Acer laptop.
3.value for money laptop.
4.the backlit keyboard is good.
5.due to 512 gigs of nvme ssd in this laptop it boots up within 5 or 6 seconds and turns off within 3 to 4 seconds.
